These Terms govern your purchase of goods from Peak Form Fitness, operated by Peak Form Fitness (demo)("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
We sell food supplements and related products made by third-party brands. We are a retailer, not the manufacturer. Ingredients, nutritional information and any claims come from the manufacturer, and the label on the product you receive is the authoritative version.
Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical care, speak to a doctor or pharmacist before taking a new supplement. Keep supplements out of reach of children and do not exceed the stated dose.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. Prices include VAT where it applies and are shown before you pay, with delivery costs shown separately at checkout.
Our stock comes from a wholesaler and can change without notice. If something you ordered turns out to be unavailable we will tell you and refund it in full. If a price is obviously wrong we may cancel the order and refund you rather than supply at that price.
We deliver to GB. We email a tracking link when your parcel is on its way. Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or someone you have nominated, receives them.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel it, and a further 14 days to send the goods back. You do not have to give a reason.
The exception is goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons, which cannot be returned once the seal is broken. That covers most food, drink and supplements. It does not apply to anything faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied.

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they are not, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a right to reject them within 30 days of delivery. We do not exclude any of that.
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable.
We never limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
We take payment through Stripe and deliver through third-party carriers. Their handling of your payment or your parcel is governed by their own terms.
The text, photographs and design of this website belong to Peak Form Fitness (demo) or to the brands whose products we sell. Buying a product gives you no right to use those materials. Product names and logos belong to their manufacturers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom you live in.
